1. What this service is
Prediction generates personal texts (“predictions”) from information you provide. The service is offered for entertainment and self-reflection only. Nothing it produces is a forecast, a statement of fact, or advice of any kind, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
2. Not professional advice
Predictions must not be used as a basis for decisions about health, money, legal matters, safety or relationships. For those, consult a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and do not create accounts to circumvent usage limits.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, other people’s personal data, or content intended to harm anyone. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or automate access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
You keep your questions; we keep the right to process them solely to run the service. Generated predictions are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Where these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date above.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a prediction. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
